Active accounts: Data is retained as long as you use our services.Inactive accounts: After a subscription expires, data will be retained for up to 90 days to allow customers to renew or export their data.Account suspension due to non-payment: Users must renew their subscription before they can access their account and export their data.Data deletion: If users do not renew their subscription within 90 days, their account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.Data export: Users are responsible for exporting their contact data before their subscription ends. Contacts, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and any custom fields, can be exported in CSV format via the contacts section. Chat history and email communications are not exportable.Users can request data deletion by contacting us at [email protected].

Access their data and request a copy of their stored information.Correct or update their data if it is inaccurate.Request deletion of their data when they stop using our services.Withdraw consent from marketing communications at any time.
