1. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use Growbee’s Services, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

2. Subscription & Payment

Growbee operates on a subscription-based model with monthly or yearly plans.Payments are processed via Stripe, and you agree to provide valid billing information.Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date. In case of non-payment, your account may be suspended. You must reactivate your subscription before accessing or exporting your data.

3. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Growbee, including customer contacts and CRM records.We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.For details on how we collect and process data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep our Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with or without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Services for illegal or fraudulent activities.Attempt to access another user’s account without permission.Distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content via our platform.

6. Account Termination & Data Retention

You may cancel your subscription at any time.After cancellation, your data will be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.If your account is suspended due to non-payment, access will be restricted until your subscription is renewed.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Growbee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.We are not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from your use of our Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
